This chemical pail production line is designed for high-risk chemical packaging, with a structure and process that support UN-certified performance for pressure and corrosion resistance. Galvanized steel combined with specialized anti-corrosion coatings helps finished pails meet international safety requirements for hazardous and fine chemicals.

The pail production line integrates automatic stamping, welding, coating and drying, and supports multiple container sizes from 5 L to 20 L, with an output of up to 50 pails per minute. A magnetic palletizer and automatic stretch wrapping system are used at the end of the production line to minimize layer gaps, raise palletizing efficiency and significantly reduce manual handling risks.
