It replaces manual handling of tinplate body blanks and supports fully automated three-piece can production. The automatic body blank feeder can be connected to virtually any type of slitter or shear and to can body welders at different speeds, meeting the automation needs of modern can making lines. A human–machine interface and stable PLC-based control system make operation straightforward, reliable and easy to learn, while also helping you reduce labour intensity and overall production cost.

The robotic can body blank feeder consists of a sheet collecting unit and a robotic loading unit. After tinplate body blanks are cut, the system collects, aligns and separates the sheets, then uses a robot to feed them into the can body welder inlet. It can be linked directly with the sheet shear and the welding machine, cutting manual handling, lowering labour cost and improving line efficiency. The compact layout, high flexibility and fast cycle time make it well suited for high speed three piece can lines.
- Automatic collection: Body blanks exit the shear and are transferred by a magnetic belt conveyor into the stacker, where they are automatically aligned and neatly stacked.
- Robotic picking: A robot accurately picks up the stacked blanks and separates them for feeding.
- Fully automatic control: The system is fully automated, with PLC control and HMI operation for easy, reliable use and quick adjustment on the production line.

The automatic blank sheet feeder with mechanical arm consists of a sheet collecting unit and a mechanical arm feeder. After tinplate sheets are cut, the system collects and aligns the blanks, then the mechanical arm separates them and transfers them to the welder infeed chute. The feeder can be linked directly to the shear and the welding machine, further reducing manual handling and labour cost while increasing production efficiency. Installation requires high positioning accuracy to ensure stable, reliable operation on high speed can lines.
