For a beverage can plant in Xinjiang, three easy-open can production lines were planned and arranged according to the workshop layout. The project included overall line layout and matching auxiliary equipment such as an automatic tinplate sheet feeder, electromagnetic oven, rotary transfer machines, can uprighters, air conveying systems and downstream conveyor sections.

By coordinating conveying, buffering and transfer points across three lines, the solution improves internal logistics and reduces manual handling in a remote region where labor is relatively expensive.
