For a beverage can producer in India, a complete layout was designed for three tinplate easy-open can lines, based on the actual workshop space and main equipment positions. Supplied equipment included an electromagnetic curing oven, can uprighters, cooling conveyors, transfer conveyors between main machines, a magnetic end feeder, an S-type elevator and a high-level palletizer with automatic placement of top frames and slip sheets.

• Line one can sizes: diameter 52 to 83 mm, height 30 to 190 mm
• Line two can sizes: diameter 73 to 153 mm, height 55 to 320 mm
• Line three can sizes: diameter 52 to 99 mm, height 55 to 140 mm
• Palletizing rate: four layers per minute
• Pallet sizes: 1 420 × 1 120 × 135 mm and 1 200 × 1 000 × 135 mm
• Palletizing height: fifteen layers

This setup gives the customer flexible handling of multiple can formats while maintaining stable palletizing quality.
