Rotary arm stretch wrapping machines differ from traditional turntable wrappers: the load is kept stationary while the wrapping arm rotates around it to complete the packaging process. This design is suitable for heavy, irregular or non-rotatable loads.

Equipped with an automatic control system, the automatic inline turntable pallet wrapper is used to wrap stretch film around the load. A 360-degree rotating turntable is used to wrap film around loose goods or unitized loads, forming a single, stable package. Once the pallet enters the wrapper, the stretch film automatically attaches to the product and, as the pallet rotates in place, the film is applied from bottom to top, layer by layer, over the palletized goods. When the preset wrapping requirement is reached, the film automatically separates from the pallet, completing the wrapping cycle.
This pallet wrapping machine can be connected with conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers and automatic vertical pallet strapping machines to achieve unmanned operation and meet continuous production needs.

The turntable pallet wrapping machine uses the combined motion of a rotating turntable and a lifting film carriage to apply spiral wrapping around the entire pallet load. With pre-stretch technology, it significantly reduces packaging film consumption, while the stable mechanical structure and PLC control ensure tight, neat and consistent wrapping.
This model does not operate in automatic linkage with other production equipment such as palletizers or conveyors, giving you flexible layout options without affecting the rhythm of your main production line.
